About the role
The Philanthropy Officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of donors, focusing on soliciting major gifts and planned gifts.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of donors, focusing on soliciting major gifts and planned gifts.
- Collaborate with other Foundation staff, the Administrator, Foundation board members, and others involved in fund development.
- Work with Providence caregivers to ensure a supportive and respectful environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
- 3 years of Development experience with successful results soliciting individual and foundation major gifts, for a not-for-profit organization.
Qualifications
- Preferred 1 year development experience in the healthcare field.
