About the role

The Philanthropy Officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of donors, focusing on soliciting major gifts and planned gifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of donors, focusing on soliciting major gifts and planned gifts.
• Collaborate with other Foundation staff, the Administrator, Foundation board members, and others involved in fund development.
• Work with Providence caregivers to ensure a supportive and respectful environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3 years of Development experience with successful results soliciting individual and foundation major gifts, for a not-for-profit organization.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year development experience in the healthcare field.
