Compensation

$15.55/hour base wage plus participation in our tip pool program. Team Members currently earn an average of approximately $28.00/hour when tip pool earnings are included. Actual earnings may vary based on business levels and hours worked.

Position Title

Shop Team Member

Summary of the Position

You’ll be a part of a team in a dynamic environment that brings together merchandising, beer knowledge, retail items and interactions with our guests. Key Accountabilities: you will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Ensure our guests have an open, friendly and memorable experience
• Deep knowledge of Pelican beer offerings
• Knowledge of retail items and pricing
• Maintaining stock of retail items
• Absisting guests to seated tables
• Keeping the restaurant clean, tables clean, retail area clean
• Helping out fellow team members with all duties in the restuarant

Key Accountabilities

Able to stay organized with our guest waiting system

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 1 year host, server or bartending experience
• Food handler’s card
• OLCC Requirements: Professional and positive attitude Knowledge of beer

• Must be able to lift, handle, and carry food, supply, small wares, equipment, and paper goods at a minimum of 25 pounds
• Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat on a frequent basis to receive and store stock, supplies and equipment
• Must be able to work in an environment subject to loud noises from restaurant equipment and machinery, fumes, odors, dust, and smoke
