Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Phil Long Account Services team.
- Manage team workloads, priorities, hiring, onboarding, and performance.
- Lead team meetings and promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide training on agency processes, compliance, workflows, and budget management.
- Foster a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous process improvement across the Account Services team.
- Build trusted relationships with General Managers, dealership leadership, and executive stakeholders.
- Lead strategic client meetings and quarterly planning sessions.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend marketing strategies that support business objectives.
- Work with the Senior Director of Account Services to resolve escalated client concerns quickly while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
- Communicate regularly with the Senior Director of Account Services regarding significant client developments and opportunities.
- Build strong partnerships with Creative, Media, Digital, Production, and Finance to execute integrated campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for growing agency services and increase revenue across Phil Long accounts.
- Oversee campaign execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
- Manage budgets, production tracking, co-op submissions, reporting, and campaign logistics.
- Partner with the Senior Director of Account Services and Controller on forecasting, contracts, and financial performance.
- Work with the Senior Director of Account Services to improve department processes and maintain operational consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of advertising, marketing, or agency account management experience.
- Leadership or people management experience required.
- Automotive marketing experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, budgeting, project management, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills.
