Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective client communication and care, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Complete accurate diagnostic reports for plant health assessments.
- Monitor, diagnose, and treat insect, disease, physiological, and cultural conditions affecting trees, shrubs, and lawns.
- Select and apply the most appropriate products or treatments for each issue.
- Perform granular, liquid, and systemic applications safely and effectively.
- Adhere to industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Experience & Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating spray and application equipment.
- Strong knowledge of tree and shrub species adapted to temperate zones 4–6 and native to Idaho and Wyoming.
- Hands-on experience with pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers.
- Ability to diagnose pest, nutrient, and other landscaping issues impacting plant health.
- Professional attributes: punctual, teachable, self-motivated, honest, and trustworthy.
