Qualifications & Education None required beyond the ability to follow direction. Experience: None required, but always a plus. Forklift Operator training will be provided and a condition of continued employment. Role And Responsibilities Learning and developing skills in the operation of the distributors that fill the tunnels with compost, and in the operation of forklifts and filling equipment. Checking the compost for moisture and quality before, during and after flips. Clearing and cleaning tunnels in preparation for re-filling. Prepping straw and hay bales for processing in the mixing line. Communicate with the Manager and Supervisors clearly and effectively. Preferred Skills The ability to follow directions and work independently. The ability to work as part of a team and in cooperation with others. The willingness to learn new skills and follow procedures. The ability to work safely and efficiently.
