About the role
We are seeking a PharmD Portfolio Strategy Fellow to support strategic initiatives across our oncology portfolio. This role is designed to provide broad exposure to how clinical insights translate into commercial strategy and long-term portfolio planning.
You will partner with cross-functional teams across Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and Regulatory to support key business decisions and drive forward high-impact initiatives.
This fellowship is offered in collaboration with the Industry Pharmacists Organization (IPhO), providing access to a national network of fellows and professional development opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support portfolio strategy and planning initiatives to advance pipeline and commercial goals
- Contribute to clinical and scientific evaluations, including literature reviews and study assessments
- Cook up and support cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines
- Analyze interdependencies across functions and their impact on product strategy, timelines, and risk
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and Regulatory
- Manage relationships with external partners and support execution of strategic initiatives
- Aid in evaluating future indications and long-term portfolio opportunities
- Participate in IPhO programming and co-lead a National Fellows Council (NFC) committee
ABOUT YOU
- You are a motivated and intellectually curious PharmD graduate who is eager to apply your clinical knowledge in a strategic, business-focused environment.
- You enjoy working across teams, solving complex problems, and contributing to initiatives that have a direct impact on patients.
- You bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated leadership through academic, extracurricular, or professional activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or rotation in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry
- Interest in oncology, clinical development, or portfolio strategy
- Experience working on cross-functional or team-based projects
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights

FELLOWSHIP DETAILS
- 1-year fellowship in partnership with IPhO
- Salary of $80,000
