Responsibilities
- Fill prescriptions and orders as written according to SOPs and Work Instructions
- Verify details of the order are correct prior to final pharmacist verification
- Label, assemble, package and ship products to customers
- Clean and maintain the pharmacy workspace
- Assist with inventory management
- Absorb and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to job title
- Follow all state and federal regulations pertaining to prescription dispensing
- Abide by company privacy policy
- Perform other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- PTCB is required
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to identify problems and work to resolve issues
- Must be able to read, understand SOPs and all guidelines as they relate to the process
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and ability to utilize various software programs
- Must be able to use necessary equipment such as computers, scanners, or other technological devices assigned
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Experience working in a customer service environment is a plus
- Exposure to hazardous chemicals including cleaning agents and disinfectants
