Program Highlights
- Earn While You Learn: Earn a full-time wage while completing the Pharmacy Technician University program (approx. 4-5 months).
- Become Certified: We prepare you for the MA Pharmacy Technician license and a position upon program completion and passing the exam.
- Structured Training: 40 hours/week (32 hours on-site at a BILH facility, 8 hours remote online learning).

Qualifications
- Proficient in English.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Commitment to the full-time training program and 1 year of subsequent full-time employment.
- Desirable traits: adaptability, dependability, detail-oriented.

Social/Environmental Requirements
- Work requires periods of close attention to work with out interruption.
- Concentrated effort of up to 4 hours without break may be required.
- Work routine is fairly consistent, but employee needs to be able to use judgment to respond to events several times a week.
Physical Requirements
- Moderate work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and or up to 20 pounds of force frequently.
- Job is physical in nature and employee needs to stand and/or move around through the majority of their shift.
- This job requires constant walking, standing, Keyboard use, Endurance-working up to 5-6 hours without a break, frequent sitting, bending neck, bending waist, Fine Manipulation using both hands, Pushing/Pulling using both hands, Reaching-above shoulder height, Reaching-below shoulder height.
- Rarely there may be Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs, Pushing items weighing up to 75 lbs.
Pay Range
$19.00 - $19.00
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
