Pharmacy Technician - Trainee

About the role

A Pharmacy Technician Assistant plays an important role in ensuring patients receive a prompt and positive experience at our pharmacies. You’ll welcome patients, assist them in picking up their pharmacy orders, and help wherever needed as a true team player. This role is ideal for someone excited to make a difference in the lives of patients and the community.

Albertsons provides training to become a pharmacy technician, including classes from our pharmacy learning and development team, hands-on training, and instruction on our pharmacy computer system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients to the pharmacy
• Assist patients in picking up pharmacy orders
• Support the pharmacy team in a customer-focused, collaborative environment
