Pharmacy Technician Trainee

About the role

We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician Trainee to join a collaborative team dedicated to providing safe, accurate, and efficient patient care. The role involves building strong patient relationships, processing prescriptions, assisting with inventory management, and supporting pharmacy operations within a supportive environment focused on community care and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Process prescriptions and handle medication and order processing via pharmacy systems.
• Assist with inventory management and pharmacy operations.
• Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal policies, including HIPAA.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support team members and assist in resolving customer questions.
• Complete required training and development programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligibility for state registration as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Up to 6 months of relevant experience (not required but preferred).
