About the role

We’re looking for experienced Pharmacy Technicians to join our dynamic and patient-centered Specialty Pharmacy team. If you have experience with pharmacy billing, direct patient care, medication access and management, and navigating insurance and prior authorization processes, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Support enhanced pharmacy operations in a retail setting while incorporating the complexities of specialty medications and chronic disease state management within a robust accreditation program.
• Deliver comprehensive support for medication adherence, fulfillment, and financial assistance.
• Help close treatment gaps for patients with complex disease states and improve patient satisfaction.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – enjoy your weekends and holidays free.

Multiple positions available in Boise, Idaho.

Pay

• Shift differential pay.
• Certification pay for PTCB Advanced Certification.
• Preceptor pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid Idaho Pharmacy Technician License.
• One (1) or more years of experience.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail pharmacy experience.
• Experience in a clinic or patient access setting.
