About the role
Pali Momi Medical Center is a 118-bed facility with over 400 physicians on its medical staff. Located in Central and West O'ahu, it offers a wide range of services including an interventional cardiac catheterization unit, minimally invasive surgery, a women's center, advanced imaging, and a team triage approach in the emergency room. The Pharmacy department is known for its high standards of pharmaceutical care and patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Fills routine orders
- Compounds various IVs
- Performs related technical and clerical duties
- Ensures the delivery of safe and effective medication to patients and their families
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Hawai‘i Pharmacy Technician registration
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience
