9:00 am - 5:30 pm CST

Responsibilities

• Support Patients – Check in with patients on medications, supplies, and side effects, while coordinating deliveries.
• Keep Things Moving – Assist pharmacists with order entry, delivery tickets, and referrals (including hospice).
• Be the Connection – Collaborate with pharmacists and referral sources for seamless care.
• Deliver Service – Answer calls, solve problems, and keep patients at the center of everything you do.
• Stay Sharp – Support quality, compliance, and improvement projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NHA, or equivalent)
• 0–2 years of experience (specialty pharmacy or infusion a plus)
• Knowledge of insurance billing, prior authorizations, and pharmacy systems (CareTend or similar preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
