Pharmacy Technician (Mail-Order)

Responsibilities
- Support daily operations by performing license-required tasks that support order fulfillment.
- Work across Pharmacy Operations and consistently meet metrics.
- Maintain ship performance targets.
- Gain hands-on experience under the supervision of licensed pharmacists and technicians.
- Rotate between stations within the pharmacy based on the daily demands.
- Perform basic receiving functions.
- Participate in all scheduled pharmacy inventories.
- Recycle efforts for the department.
- Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and security of the warehouse work environment.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current valid Pharmacy Technician registration with the Georgia Board of Pharmacy.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months previous warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, or pharmacy experience.
- Dispensing skills: accurate, efficient, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Possess strong team building skills; should be positive, respectful, and dependable.
- Must adhere to policies and procedures, be accountable, and be committed to continuous quality improvement.
- Team-oriented and works well with others, as well as independently.
- Accuracy at repetitive tasks for long periods of time.
- Capacity to start and stop projects seamlessly, despite frequent interruptions, while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
- National Pharmacy technician certification.
- Veterinary or Pharmacy experience.
- Warehouse/fulfillment experience.

Schedule
This is a full-time, onsite position located in McDonough, GA. This position requires 40 hours per week, typically scheduled Monday-Friday, between our operating hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm ET with a rotating Saturday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm ET. This role has an anticipated start date of September 14, 2026.
Pay
The pay range for US-based applicants is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.
