Pharmacy Technician in Training/Pharmacy Tech (Full-Time) (On the Job Training!!)

About the role

We are a family owned and operated company that partners with many providers to ensure our customers get the right medications and/or equipment needed to follow treatment plans. We are looking for an experienced Full Time Pharmacy Tech-In-Training or Pharmacy Tech to join our Loogootee location.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed pharmacists with filling prescriptions
• Handle cash transactions and manage inventory
• Provide customer service and assist with medication counseling
• Ensure accuracy and safety in medication preparation and distribution
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for those who drive)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
• Knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drug interactions
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience

M-F 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Sat. 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Closed Sunday)
