We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present. No job title heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve substantive info. We need to identify sections: Position Summary (maybe "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings. We have Position Summary (intro). Could be "About the role". Then Essential Functions and Duties -> Responsibilities. Then Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required -> could be Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We need to split maybe into Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (knowledge, skills). But we can combine if needed. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education, experience, certification), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities). Benefits, Pay, Schedule only if present; not present, so omit. We must not include headings with filler. So we will include only sections with content. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities we should list each duty as
  • . For Requirements we can list education, experience, certification as list items. For Skills we can list knowledge, skills, abilities as list items. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like "Must be able to demonstrate understanding of Nufactor’s medications, supplies, durable medical equipment and their uses in addition to the scope of services provided by Nufactor." etc. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, Direct Reports, etc. Also remove "Other duties as assigned."? That's substantive? It's a duty; we can keep as part of responsibilities. We need to remove duplicated lines. Let's extract content. Position Summary paragraph: "The Pharmacy Technician, under direct supervision of a pharmacist, assists with the daily provision of pharmaceutical services to Nufactor patients in accordance with state/federal/regulatory agency laws, regulations, and guidelines." Essential Functions and Duties list (many sentences). We'll break each sentence into a bullet. List them: - Receive and process patient orders in pharmacy information systems as per prescription and order sheet. - Triage patient needs to assess priority and notify pharmacist as appropriate. - Maintain current patient demographics, medication profile, laboratory results, prescription/supply information and shipping instructions in pharmacy information systems. - Generate and maintain appropriate records related to medication distribution and dispensing including prescription refill requests. - Dispense and reconcile durable medical equipment (DME). - Accurately fulfill medication, supplies, and DME needs for patient orders and stage for pharmacist verification. - Answers telephones utilizing appropriate etiquette when speaking with internal and external customers. - Respond to routine orders/emails/phone calls accurately and independently. - Resolve minor or common problems or discrepancies proactively and without assistance. - Perform assigned job duties without relying on peers, manuals, or other written documents. - Adheres specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations and laws. - Display dedication to position responsibilities and achieve assigned goals and objectives. - Always represent the Company in a professional manner and appearance at all times. - Understand and internalize the Company’s purpose, display loyalty to the Company and its organizational values. - Display enthusiasm and dedication to learning how to be more effective on the job and share knowledge with others. - Work effectively with co-workers, internal and external customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listen to and objectively consider ideas and suggestions from others; keep commitments; keep others informed of work progress, timetables, and issues; address problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions; address others by name, title, or other respectful identifier, and respect the diversity of our work force in actions, words, and deeds. - Comply with the policies and procedures stated in the Injury and Illness Prevention Program by always working in a safe manner and immediately reporting any injury, safety hazard, or program violation. - Ensure conduct is consistent with all Compliance Program Policies and procedures when engaging in any activity on behalf of the company. Immediately report any concerns or violations. - Other duties as assigned. Now Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required. Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Required Knowledge: Must be able to demonstrate understanding of Nufactor’s medications, supplies, durable medical equipment and their uses in addition to the scope of services provided by Nufactor. Proficient with pharmacy terminology, abbreviations and calculations. Knowledge of general pharmacy dispensing requirements and federal/state regulations and laws. Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality to the level of required HIPAA standards. Preferred Knowledge: Knowledge of infusion related medication, supplies, and DME. Working knowledge of Joint Commission and URAC requirements and standards. Required Skills: Demonstrate systematic problem-solving approach in resolving routine discrepancies such as incorrect/missing supplies on patient orders and calculating doses or hemophilia factor assays. Intermediate level of understanding and use of computers applications that include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet technologies. Operate office equipment which includes computer, scanner, printer, copier, and phones. Strong organizational skills. Work with a high degree of accuracy in an organized, detail-oriented manner with appropriate follow up as required. Proactive approach to managing workload, able to multi-task and handle frequent interruptions. Able to prioritize work and make decisions independently and effectively, often quickly in response to dynamic patient’s needs, except were required or restricted by law. Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally and successfully with patients, teammates, and management. Able to work as part of a team, including on-site and remote teammates. Display excellent judgment on a consistent basis with sound decision-making abilities. Required Experience: Must have at least two (2) years of experience as a pharmacy technician, preferably in a home healthcare, infusion of specialty pharmacy. Preferred Experience: Six (6) years of experience as pharmacy technician, preferably in a home infusion or specialty pharmacy. Professional Certification: Full, current, and unrestricted pharmacy technician registration in the state in which you practice. Certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and must meet ongoing requirements to maintain certification. Physical requirements: Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for long periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. Must have the ability to lift and maneuver items of at least 50 lbs. Must have the ability to interact effectively with co-workers and customers, and exercise self-control and diplomacy in customer and employee relations’ situations. Must have the ability to exercise discretion as well as appropriate judgments when necessary. Must be proactive in finding solutions. We need to decide sections. We could have: - About the role (Position Summary) - Responsibilities (Essential Functions and Duties) - Requirements (Education, Experience, Certification, Physical/Mental Demands?) Might be better to split: Requirements (Education, Experience, Certification) and Skills (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities). Physical/Mental demands could be part of Requirements or Skills? They are more like qualifications. Could include in Requirements. But instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe three sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education, experience, certification, knowledge, skills, physical/mental). However they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills. That's four sections. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's allocate: About the role: Position Summary paragraph. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: Education, Experience, Certification, Physical requirements, Mental Demands? Might be better as Qualifications. But we can call it Requirements. Skills: Required Knowledge, Preferred Knowledge, Required Skills, Preferred Experience? Actually Preferred Experience is experience, not skill. Could go under Requirements. But we have to avoid duplication. Let's structure:
