Career Description

The Pharmacy Technician I position at CCH is responsible for assisting pharmacists in managing the pharmacy operations. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Dispensing medications according to prescriptions
• Processing insurance claims
• Stocking and maintaining inventory of medications
• Ensuring accurate and timely medication distribution
• Assisting patients with questions regarding medications

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Colorado Pharmacy Technician License
• Experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
