Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment Lead

About the role

Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are seeking a compassionate Fulfillment Lead dedicated to people’s health and well-being to join our supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily workflow assignments in fulfillment areas including packaging, delivery, and purchasing.
• Maintain a clean workstation and replenish supplies when needed.
• Ensure the storage of medications and supplies follows all regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with team members to provide quality customer service.
• Collaborate with the Fulfillment Supervisor or Department Supervisor to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Assist with orientation and training of staff.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Pharmacy Technician License required in the appropriate state.
• Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• Ability to implement procedures with understanding of goals and objectives within the department.
• Ability to work with other department leads in an interconnected matrix environment.
