About the Role
The Front End Pharmacy Technician supports medication dispensing in a closed-door pharmacy environment, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Enter orders and verify dosages
- Review narcotic prescriptions
- Communicate allergy and drug interaction information
- Maintain customer records
Requirements
- Certified or licensed pharmacy technician as per state law
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in long-term care and PTCB certification are preferred
