Responsibilities
- Maintain organized files and perform pharmacy technician duties.
- Communicate with trial sites, coordinators, and patients.
- Maintain required records of study activity including case report forms, drug dispensation records, and regulatory forms.
- Order drugs or devices necessary for study completion.
- Prepare for and participate in quality assurance audits.
- Organize space for study equipment and supplies.
- Develop study protocols and guidelines for administration or data collection procedures.
- Coordinate site visits and answer questions about issues such as incomplete data.
- Identify and resolve protocol problems, assist in problem resolution efforts such as protocol revisions.
- Dispense medical devices or drugs and calculate dosages and provide instructions as necessary.
- Manage medication and supply inventory and ensure positive patient and client experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in the health sciences, biological science, or other life sciences.
- Prior work experience in healthcare or life sciences; clinical trial experience preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to complete routine administrative tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong skills in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Current State of Missouri Pharmacy Technician Registration required.

Schedule
The position is full-time (40 hours per week, 5 days per week).
Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
