Pharmacy Technician

Job Purpose and Summary

We help our Pharmacists manage and improve patient health by following all company SOPs at each workstation. You'll support the pharmacy team in fulfilling prescriptions safely and accurately, and provide compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation
• Create heartfelt and personalized moments for patients
• Complete basic inventory activities as permitted
• Support immunizations and other patient health care services
• Monitor and manage vaccine supplies
• Support preparing and administering vaccines
• Respond to adverse reactions and report them
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide education on the importance of vaccines
• Voluntarily staff offsite clinics

Requirements

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Must have a valid pharmacy technician license
• Must have CPR and First Aid certifications
• Must have a strong understanding of pharmacology
• Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $16.50 - $25.00 per hour. The actual pay will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, and location.
