Pharmacy Technician

About the role

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milford, OH.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and compounds prescriptions accurately following established protocols.
• Performs dosage calculations and ensures all products are reviewed and approved by a pharmacist.
• Assists in quality checks of compounded and packaged medications.
• Cleans and sanitizes work surfaces and laminar flow hoods.
• Calibrates and maintains equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintains logs for temperature control and cleaning schedules.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of Pharmacy Technician Experience.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
• Must be licensed or registered (if required by the state).

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
