Position Overview
A Pharmacy Technician I maintains a foundation of knowledge in pharmacy calculations, basic pharmacology, health-system pharmacy operations, pharmacy law, and interpersonal communication.
A Pharmacy Technician II performs pharmacy-related functions under the direction of a pharmacist and in compliance with department policies and procedures to provide optimal pharmaceutical care.
Education Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Certification Qualifications
- Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (IL Department of Professional Regulation)
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification is REQUIRED within 90 days of hire
Experience Qualifications
- Health-system pharmacy experience preferred

Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $18.90 - 28.34 per hour.
