Pharmacy Tech I

About the role

The Pharmacy Technician I is licensed to practice as a Pharmacy Technician and is registered with the State Board of Pharmacy in Arkansas. This entry level technician will assist the Pharmacist in medication distribution functions, IV compounding, and other duties to enhance hospital-wide patient care.

Requirements

• Active Pharmacy Technician License with State Board of Pharmacy in Arkansas (in good standing)
• One year of college education preferred

Qualifications

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a pharmacy technician training program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Pharmacy Education (CAPTE).

Pay

This job will be authorized 0.80 hours bi-weekly.
