Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with preparing, packaging, and dispensing specialty medications.
• Support patients by helping them navigate insurance requirements, refill scheduling, and authorization needs.
• Deliver customer‑focused service by answering questions, addressing pickup needs, and providing clear communication.
• Coordinate with providers and internal pharmacy teams to ensure seamless medication access.
• Maintain inventory, uphold safety standards, and contribute to efficient pharmacy operations.
• Participate in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment focused on improving outcomes for individuals managing complex therapies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Pharmacy Technician Certification - CPhT (Required)
• Registered Technician (PA State Board of Pharmacy) (Required)

Qualifications

• At least one year of pharmacy tech experience in a specialty, outpatient, or retail pharmacy setting (Preferred)

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, service‑driven pharmacy environment
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
