About the role
The position supports the strategic leadership provided by the Executive Director, System Clinical Operations and Regulatory and supports the development, evaluation, coordination, and implementation of pharmacy clinical operations, regulatory compliance and medication safety/quality services throughout PSJH.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Executive Director, System Clinical Operations and Regulatory with leading the execution and implementation of key system safety, quality, clinical operations and regulatory initiatives.
- Works closely with the Director, System Medication Safety and Quality and with regional and ministry leadership and their teams to achieve management objectives in service to our core strategy of "Creating Healthier Communities, Together".
- Works closely and gains acceptance from executive system and regional leadership.
- Proficient in leadership, strategic thinking, obtaining results, decision making, clinical operations, medication safety and quality principles and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
- Or Master's Degree in Pharmacy or related field of study.
- Washington Pharmacist License.
- 5 years progressive pharmacy practice experience, preferably in leadership related to clinical, medication safety, quality, or regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- PharmD.
