Pharmacy Product Manager

Summary

As a Pharmacy Product Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of their products, from creation and maintenance to executing the strategic vision and roadmap. You act as a trusted partner to various business units, including Operations, Clinical, Account/Client Management, Customer Service, Technical teams, and Gainwell vendors. This role drives initiatives from inception to execution, prioritizing key activities that significantly impact bottom-line performance.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years Leading Healthcare Technology Products, including direct experience as a Product Owner in complex, regulated environments
• Deep understanding of Pharmacy or PBM Ecosystems is highly preferred and critical for success in this role
• Demonstrated ability to manage Products from intake and strategy through delivery, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement
• Hands on experience working in Agile Environments while partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Business Teams to deliver solutions
• Strong skill in converting Complex Business Requirements into Technical Solutions, Supported by Data Analysis, Prioritization, and Measurable Outcomes

Pay

The pay range for this position is $108,500.00 - $155,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
