Pharmacy Product Analyst at Remote

Role: Product Analyst (Medical Pharmacy block) Location: Remote (Home), MN, USA The Need A Product Analyst on an Agile Product Team who delivers moderately complex solution products. The role works with Scrum Masters, Solution Product Owners, Engineers, and Quality Analysts to write and refine user stories, keep the product backlog ready, and make sure solutions hit their KPIs and other success measures. Key Responsibilities Work with Solution Product Owners and engineers to validate designs, run demos, and lead iterative reviews Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and find the data needed for development and testing Work with external teams to align on acceptance criteria and deliver the best solution Take part in system demos and Inspect & Adapt events, and accept or reject completed work Analyze data, design and review data models, and support database design with Architects Qualifiications Required Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education/experience (HS diploma/GED minimum) 2+ years in analysis, business process change, or similar Preferred PBM / healthcare experience: Medicare, Medicaid, Exchanges; HIPAA, PCI, PHI compliance Agile SDLC in a software development organization; continuous integration and outcomes-based delivery Product domain and business process knowledge; understanding of domain security implications Strong collaborator, independent judgment, comfortable with ambiguity and fast change Thanks and Regards, Madhu Challa | Sr. Technical recruiter Propelsys Technologies | 4975 Preston Park Boulevard, Suite 70 West Plano, TX 75093
