Pay
Hourly wage: $21.50 – $34.50 per hour. The actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.
Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or type of work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
