Role: Supervisor, Fulfillment Operations responsible for leading a team of Pharmacy Technicians in a fast-paced pharmacy fulfillment environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop staff supporting pharmacy fulfillment and inventory managementManage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluationsDrive operational efficiency, process improvements, and workflow optimizationEnsure compliance with pharmacy, safety, warehousing, and shipping regulationsPartner with leadership on reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport automation and equipment training as needed Qualifications & Skills Willingness to obtain or maintain AZ Pharmacy Technician licensureAt least 1 year of supervisory experience in fulfillment, manufacturing, or productionAbility to work in a physically demanding production environmentFlexibility for occasional overtime and weekendsPreferred: pharmacy or healthcare regulatory experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, leadership in pharmacy production
