Pharmacy Operations Supervisor - Home Delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop staff supporting pharmacy fulfillment and inventory management
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and workflow optimization
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy, safety, warehousing, and shipping regulations
• Partner with leadership on reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support automation and equipment training as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Willingness to obtain or maintain AZ Pharmacy Technician licensure
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in fulfillment, manufacturing, or production
• Ability to work in a physically demanding production environment
• Flexibility for occasional overtime and weekends
• Preferred: pharmacy or healthcare regulatory experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, leadership in pharmacy production
