About the role
The Pharmacy Manager leads a team of pharmacists and staff to deliver comprehensive patient care and improve community health.
Responsibilities
- Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and presentation of pharmacy merchandise.
- Model and enforce customer service standards to address patient needs effectively.
- Oversee community outreach initiatives, encouraging staff participation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and safety protocols through report analysis and quality reviews.
Qualifications
- Pharmacy degree or equivalent, with active pharmacy license.
- Completion of accredited immunization training.
- U.S. pharmacy experience is preferred.
