About the Role

The Pharmacist oversees comprehensive patient care, including dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and developing pharmacy programs in compliance with regulations. They drive sales and profit through effective merchandise presentation, inventory management, budgeting, and market analysis. The role involves supervising and mentoring staff, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and legal standards, and fostering a culture of patient safety and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, counseling, and accurate dispensing of medications.
• Manage pharmacy operations, inventory flow, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards, including HIPAA and SOPs.
• Lead community outreach and promote a positive workplace culture emphasizing respect, integrity, and collaboration.
• Train and develop associates, monitor compliance initiatives, and foster a sense of belonging.
• Utilize data to inform decisions, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Active pharmacy license.
• Completion of accredited immunization training.
• Preferred: U.S. pharmacy-related experience.
