Pharmacy Manager - Full-Time

Role Overview

Responsible for leading pharmacy operations, providing comprehensive patient care, and managing a team of pharmacists and staff to enhance community health and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and product presentation.
• Model and enforce customer service standards to resolve patient needs.
• Oversee community outreach programs and promote community involvement.
• Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and quality policies through report analysis and safety reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD and valid pharmacy license.
• Completion of an accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in patient and healthcare provider communication.
• Experience analyzing data to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes.
• Ability to manage staff and operational tasks effectively.
