- Use
for prose
- Don't repeat job title as heading

Looking at the content:
- Job Summary: prose paragraph
- Job Responsibilities: multiple subsections with bullet points
- Basic Qualifications: list
- Preferred Qualifications: list
- About Walgreens: prose
- Salary Range: specific pay info
I should structure the responsibilities as subsections under a main "Responsibilities" heading, or maybe each as separate h3? The rules say use h3 for section headings like "Responsibilities". The subsections (Patient Experience, Operations, etc.) could be h4 or just part of the list. But the rules only mention h3 for section headings. I think I'll make each major responsibility area an h3, or group under one Responsibilities h3 with sub-lists. The example headings given: "About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule". So "Responsibilities" is a section heading. The subsections could be handled as nested lists or separate h3s. Since the rules say "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)", I think each major section gets an h3. The subsections within Responsibilities could be h4, but the rules don't mention h4. I'll use h3 for each major section: "Job Summary", "Responsibilities", "Basic Qualifications", "Preferred Qualifications", "About Walgreens", "Pay". But "Job Summary" might be "About the role". The posting has "Job Summary" as a heading. I'll use that.
Let me map:
- Job Summary -> h3 "About the role" or "Job Summary"? The rule says "e.g. About the role". I'll use "About the role" as h3.
- Job Responsibilities -> h3 "Responsibilities"
- Basic Qualifications -> h3 "Requirements" or "Qualifications"? The example includes both "Requirements" and "Qualifications". Basic Qualifications are requirements. Preferred Qualifications are preferred qualifications. I'll use "Requirements" for Basic Qualifications and "Preferred qualifications" for Preferred Qualifications.
- About Walgreens -> h3 "About the company" or "About Walgreens"? The example doesn't have this, but it's substantive content. I'll include as "About Walgreens".
- Salary Range -> h3 "Pay"
Now, for Responsibilities: the content has multiple subsections: Patient Experience, Operations, People & Performance Management, Training & Personal Development, Communications, Business Performance Management, Business Planning. Each has bullet points. I'll create an h3 "Responsibilities" and then for each subsection, maybe use h4? But rules only mention h3. Could use strong or just list items with bold labels. But semantic HTML: maybe use for subsections? The rules don't forbid h4, but they say "use for section headings". I think it's okay to use h4 for sub-sections. However, to be safe, I'll keep only h3 for main sections and use with - that include the subsection titles as bold text or separate lists. But the content is long. Better to structure each subsection as a list with a heading. I'll use
for subsections within Responsibilities. The rules don't explicitly forbid other heading levels. They say "use for section headings". That implies main sections. Subsections can be h4. I'll do that.
Now, remove boilerplate: "An Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records." This is EEO boilerplate, remove. "The Salary below is being provided to promote pay transparency and equal employment opportunities at Walgreens. The actual salary within this range that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors. This role will remain open until filled. To review benefits, please click here jobs.walgreens.com/benefits. If you are applying on a job board or unable to click on the link, please copy and paste this URL into your browser jobs.walgreens.com/benefits" - this is application instructions and benefits link, remove. But the salary range itself is substantive: "Salary Range: Pharmacy Manager - $67.05/hr - $90.55/hr". Keep that.
Also, "Founded in 1901, Walgreens (www.walgreens.com) proudly serves nearly 9 million customers and patients each day across its approximately 8,500 stores throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Walgreens has approximately 220,000 team members, including nearly 90,000 healthcare service providers, and is committed to being the first choice for pharmacy, retail and health services, building trusted relationships that create healthier futures for customers, patients, team members and communities."
