About the role
Siemens Healthineers’ PETNET Solutions, a global PET radiopharmaceutical network, is seeking a Nuclear Pharmacy Manager to lead the local business. This role is primarily night shift but requires flexibility to work alternative shifts.
Responsibilities
- Production of radionuclides
- Preparation and testing of radiopharmaceuticals
- Maintaining inventory
- P&L responsibilities
- Supervision of employees including HR functions
- Compliance with cGMP, Radiation Safety, Pharmacy laws, and corporate policies
- Performance of aseptic techniques and QC procedures
- Management of documents and records
- Preparation and shipment of radioactive materials
- Operation and maintenance of cyclotron, chemistry modules, QC equipment, and software
- Ensuring a clean, orderly, and safe working environment
- Providing exemplary customer service
- Training and staff development
Requirements
This role is well-suited to an ambitious professional looking to develop their career with Siemens Healthineers. Key requirements include:
- Familiarity with or experience in manufacturing lab management
- Experience managing multiple exempt and non-exempt employees
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Working knowledge of MS Windows applications
- Ability to handle 100 lb. packages
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Education in pharmacy or related field
- Experience in nuclear pharmacy management
- Knowledge of cGMP, Radiation Safety, and Pharmacy laws
- Experience with aseptic techniques and QC procedures
- Ability to manage P&L responsibilities
- Proven ability to interpret information and provide/follow complex instructions

Pay
The Base Pay Range for this position is $147,740 - $203,137. Factors affecting starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
