Pharmacy Manager

About the role

Siemens Healthineers is seeking Pharmacy Managers, especially those without prior nuclear pharmacy experience, to join our global community. We offer comprehensive training, relocation assistance, and full support to achieve Authorized User (AU) status.

Responsibilities

• Production of radionuclides
• Preparation and testing of radiopharmaceuticals
• Maintaining inventory
• P&L responsibilities
• Supervision of employees including HR functions
• Compliance with regulatory commitments including cGMP, Radiation Safety, Pharmacy laws, and corporate policies
• Aseptic techniques and QC procedures
• Document management and record keeping
• Radioactive material handling and cyclotron, chemistry module, QC equipment operation
• Clean, orderly, and safe working environment
• Exemplary customer service
• Personnel training and development

Requirements

• Interest in nuclear pharmacy, theranostics, and radiopharmaceutical production
• Strong customer relations skills
• Working knowledge of MS Windows applications
• Ability to handle 100 lb. packages
• Supervisory duties preferred

Qualifications

• Familiarity with or experience in pharmacy management
• Experience in sterile compounding lab management
• Management of multiple employees

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $147,740 - $203,137, with factors affecting starting pay including geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
