We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove generic statements like "commensurate with experience" etc. We must include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to parse the posting. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law. We need to remove EEO boilerplate etc. Also remove application instructions like "Visit www.saintalphonsus.org/careers to learn more about the benefits, culture and career development opportunities". That may be considered application instruction? It's more about benefits. Might keep as part of benefits? But we need to keep substantive info: description of Boise, summary, requirements, what you will do (responsibilities). Also mention competitive compensation with a full benefits package and opportunity for growth. That's benefits info. Also mention shift: Day Shift, Employment Type: Full time. Those could be in a short paragraph. We need sections: maybe About the role (or About Boise?), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content. We have: - About Boise: description of location. Could be "About the role" or "Location". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use About the role for location summary? Or we could have a section "About Boise" but not in list; but they said e.g., not exclusive. Probably okay to use About the role for the description of Boise and role summary. - Responsibilities: the "WHAT YOU WILL DO" list. - Requirements: the bullet list of requirements (education, license, experience). Also maybe "Qualifications" could be same; but we can combine. - Skills: the interpersonal and management skills etc. - Benefits: mention competitive compensation with a full benefits package and opportunity for growth. Also maybe mention shift? But shift is schedule. - Pay: not specified; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does not state pay, so omit. - Schedule: we have Shift: Day Shift, Employment Type: Full time. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for PHARMACY MANAGER. We must not include duplicated lines. Remove boilerplate EEO etc. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract substantive pieces: Location description: Boise, Idaho's Capitol City, anchors a vibrant and growing mid-sized of over 850,000 people. An outdoor enthusiast's paradise with a flourishing arts and entertainment scene, the region offers a reasonable cost of living, low crime rate, excellent cultural prorams, neighborhood parks and nearby forests and rivers. The Boise Metro Area is consistently listed as one of the best places in country to live, work and play! For more information on Boise, ID please visit www.cityofboise.org. Summary: Responsible for the daily operations of the pharmacy department. Acts as pharmacist in charge in absence of the Director of Pharmacy. Requirements: - Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree required. - Must be licensed as a Pharmacist with the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy. - Three years of hospital experience required. What you will do (responsibilities): List each sentence separated by periods. We'll make
    • items. - Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Organization's Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions. - Demonstrates knowledge and skills to competently care for all assigned age groups (Neonate, Child, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric as applicable). - Reviews patient history incorporating various pharmacy activities providing customers with adequate education for optimum outcomes. - Prepares pharmaceutical products for patients’ use by safe and cost effective methods using acceptable professional standards. - Comprehends and supports quality assurance and risk management issues, completes two performance improvement projects annually. - Participates in various departmental duties; material resource management, clerical, financial, safety, and other departmental issues. - Covers core pharmacist shifts when required. - Technician supervision in conjunction with Supervisor, Pharmacy Technicians. - Coordinates technician, pharmacy intern, and pharmacist orientation and training programs. - Processes personnel paperwork required by Human Resources. - Oversees integrity of controlled substance reports. - Effectively manages human resources by overseeing staffing schedules and corrective action as necessary. - Reviews and responds to variance reporting system on an on-going basis. Distributes reports to appropriate management personnel as needed. - Assists the health system in achieving compliance with accreditation, legal, regulatory, and safety requirements. (e.g., JCAHO) requirements/ ASHP standards, statements, and guidelines; state and federal laws regulating pharmacy practice; OSHA regulations 340B requirements. - 340B general program knowledge, provides oversight and involvement as needed. Supports the 340B tracking software and define access for particular users. - Maintains changes to the formulary and communicate appropriately. - Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and management skills; very articulate, posses a professional business manner and has excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills. - Must possess ability to work in teams and build consensus. Then after that there is a sentence: "Colleagues of Saint Alphonsus Health System enjoy competitive compensation with a full benefits package and opportunity for growth throughout SAHS and Trinity Health. Visit www.saintalphonsus.org/careers to learn more about the benefits, culture and career development opportunities available to you at Saint Alphonsus Health System." The second sentence is application instruction? It's about learning more about benefits; could be considered boilerplate but it's about benefits. We might keep the first part about competitive compensation with a full benefits package and opportunity for growth. The second sentence is a link to learn more; could be considered application instruction; we should remove it per instruction: remove application instructions. So we keep only "Colleagues of Saint Alphonsus Health System enjoy competitive compensation with a full benefits package and opportunity for growth throughout SAHS and Trinity Health." Then there is a bunch of EEO/diversity statements which we must remove. Also there is "Employment Type:Full time Shift:Day Shift". We'll include schedule. Now decide sections: - About the role: could combine location description and summary? Or we could have About Boise as a paragraph under About the role. Let's do About the role: include location description and summary. - Responsibilities: the WHAT YOU WILL DO list. - Requirements: the three bullet items. - Skills: the interpersonal and management skills etc. Could also include ability to work in teams, etc. Those are in responsibilities list but also separate. We'll extract them as skills. - Benefits: the competitive compensation with full benefits package and opportunity for growth. - Schedule: Employment Type: Full time; Shift: Day Shift. We should not include Qualifications separate if we already have Requirements; but we could combine. The instruction says use headings like Qualifications; but we can omit if not needed. We'll include Requirements and maybe Skills. Now produce HTML fragment:
