About the role
We're looking for a Pharmacy Integrations Manager to join our Operations team and help drive the technical execution of our pharmacy integrations. This is a hands-on individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support integration delivery for customers and partners
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with stakeholders (customers, PMS vendors, and pharmacies)
- Translate business and technical needs into structured requirements, data mappings, and test plans
- Collaborate with Engineering on implementation plans and testing workflows
- Maintain clear documentation of integration decisions, changes, and partner specifications
- Partner & Vendor Communication
- Serve as the day-to-day technical liaison for pharmacy and technology partners
- Translate technical information into actionable items for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain clear documentation of integration decisions, changes, and partner specifications
- Standardization & Documentation
- Maintain structured documentation for all integration flows, schemas, validation protocols, and escalation processes
- Contribute to building scalable integration frameworks, including standardized workflows and governance models
- Monitor & Troubleshooting
- Partner with Engineering to improve visibility into integration health (error rates, throughput, schema issues)
- Aid in triaging and resolving integration issues quickly and accurately
- Track metrics and help reduce integration-related escalations or delays
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Customer Experience, Support, and Engineering to ensure integrations improve workflows and outcomes
- Help internal teams understand integration workflows, expectations, and responsibilities
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- 4+ years of experience in a technical integrations, implementation, or health tech role, or equivalent experience owning healthcare data workflows and coordinating across technical teams
- Strong familiarity with HL7 and JSON. You don't need to code, but you should understand the structure and logic well enough to work directly with engineers
- Demonstrated ability to own and translate complex technical requirements for internal teams and external partners, including when requirements are incomplete or still evolving
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially around documentation and process execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have Experience
- Experience working with or supporting pharmacies or PMS platforms
- Experience in an early-stage or fast-scaling company where there wasn't an existing playbook to follow
- Comfort using AI tools to support documentation and workflow efficiency
