Pharmacy Clerk

Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Clerk in Baudette, MN.

About the role

Provide excellent customer service by completing the sales transaction process for customers in a friendly, accurate, and timely fashion. Maintain a clean and neat area in the pharmacy and work areas. Greet all customers and offer assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Champion Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx; assist with enrolling patients.
• Receive, unpack, and check merchandise to verify all items are received and in acceptable condition.
• Stock, clean, and sort pharmacy product.
• Maintain the health aids department.
• Learn and implement new and changing technologies on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain flexibility in new or changing work roles and modify job responsibilities as required.
• Assist anywhere in the store or nearby locations as needed.
• Demonstrate good attendance and punctuality to fulfill essential job functions.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• At least 18 years of age.
