Pharmacy Clerk

About the role

Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Clerk/Delivery Driver in Paullina, Iowa to provide excellent customer service by completing sales transactions in a friendly, accurate, and timely manner. The role includes maintaining clean and organized pharmacy work areas, greeting customers, and offering assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Champion Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with enrolling patients.
• Receive, unpack, and verify merchandise to ensure it is in acceptable condition.
• Stock, clean, and sort pharmacy products.
• Maintain the health aids department.
• Learn and implement new and changing technologies on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain flexibility in work roles and adapt to modifications in job responsibilities.
• Assist anywhere in the store or nearby locations as needed.
• Demonstrate good attendance and punctuality to fulfill essential job functions.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
