Pharmacy Clerk

Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Clerk in Sidney, Montana to provide excellent customer service by completing sales transactions in a friendly, accurate, and timely manner. Maintain clean and organized pharmacy work areas, greet all customers, and offer assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Promote and enroll patients in Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx.
• Receive, unpack, and verify merchandise to ensure it is in acceptable condition.
• Stock, clean, and sort pharmacy products.
• Maintain the health aids department.
• Learn and implement new and changing technologies on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain flexibility in work roles and adapt to modifications in job responsibilities.
• Assist anywhere in the store or nearby locations as needed.
• Demonstrate good attendance and punctuality to fulfill essential job functions.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands

• Long periods of standing.
• Frequent talking, hearing, and use of hands and fingers to handle or operate objects, tools, or controls.
• Reaching with hands and arms.
• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds.
• Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay

$15.85 - $16.50 per hour
