Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient intervention by offering health and wellness services and experiences relevant to the patient as allowable by and consistent with state and federal laws.
• Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
• Support company health and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Compound medications according to state and any other regulations.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information.
• Support non-dispensing services using various platforms, resources, and applications.
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings consistent with state and federal law.
• Comply with and reinforce all sanitation and safety regulations.
• Report illegal activity to store management.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure (desired)

Qualifications

• Any previous comparable experience
• Desired: Any equivalent experience of a pharmacy technician

Skills

• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
