Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to help people live healthier lives
  • Treat customers/employees in a fair and ethical manner
  • Provide a safe, clean, inclusive environment
  • Be a responsible member of the community
  • Provide the right products, services, and care at the right time with fair and accurate pricing
  • Direct patient intervention by providing health and wellness services and experiences relevant to the patient as allowable by and consistent with state and federal laws
  • Support company health and wellness initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and employee information
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
  • Compound medications according to state and any other regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information
  • Support non-dispensing services through various platforms, resources, and applications
  • Complete CLIA-waived screenings consistent with state and federal law
  • Comply with and reinforce all sanitation and safety regulations
  • Report illegal activity to store management

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure (desired)

Qualifications

  • Desired previous comparable experience
  • Any equivalent experience of a pharmacy technician

Skills

  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations
  • Support company health and wellness initiatives
  • Compounding medications according to state and any other regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information
