Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Treat customers/employees fairly and ethically

• Offer the right products, services, and care at the right time with fair and accurate pricing
• Interact directly with patients to offer health and wellness services
• Support company health and wellness initiatives
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Compound medications according to state regulations
• Perform post-fill audits to ensure prescription information matches computer records
• Support non-dispensing services using various platforms, resources, and applications
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings consistent with state and federal law
• Comply with and reinforce sanitation and safety regulations
• Report illegal activity to store management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure (desired)
• Previous comparable experience (desired)
• Any equivalent experience of a pharmacy technician
• Support company health and wellness initiatives
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Maintain a current national and/or state registration, certification, or license (depending on state requirements)
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
• Perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
