Responsibilities

Provide direct patient intervention by offering health and wellness services and experiences relevant to the patient as allowable by and consistent with state and federal laws.
Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Support company health and wellness initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
Compound medications according to state and other regulations.
Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information.
Support non-dispensing services using various platforms, resources, and applications.
Complete CLIA-waived screenings consistent with state and federal law.
Comply with and reinforce sanitation and safety regulations.
Report illegal activity to store management.

Requirements

Minimum High School Diploma or GED. Must be 18 years of age. Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure is desired. Previous comparable experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Desired: Pharmacy Technician experience.

Skills

Ability to handle highly confidential information. Understanding and adherence to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
