Responsibilities

• Support company health and wellness initiatives
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Maintain national and/or state registration, certification, or license as required
• Aid pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
• Provide a stellar customer experience, accurately and efficiently completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing
• Coach and train clerks and technicians
• Compound medications according to state and regulatory guidelines
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information
• Support non-dispensing services through various platforms and applications
• Conduct CLIA-waived screenings as allowed by state and federal law
• Comply with and reinforce sanitation and safety regulations
• Report illegal activity as required

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure desired
• Previous comparable experience preferred
