About the role
This is a full-time, remote position. Candidates must live within 50 miles of either 6001 Global Distribution Way #102, Louisville, KY 40228, or 5025 Plano Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75010.
Responsibilities
- Supports pharmacy liaison workflows by handling routine inquiries, documenting requests, and coordinating follow-up with patients, providers, payers, and internal teams.
- Coordinates case-related activities such as status tracking, information collection, documentation review, and communication updates to support timely service delivery.
- Maintains accurate records in case management, pharmacy, and related operational systems in accordance with established procedures and documentation standards.
- Collaborates with pharmacy operations, reimbursement, customer support, and external stakeholders to facilitate routine handoffs and resolve standard issues.
- Monitors open requests, service timelines, and pending items to identify delays, communicate updates, and escalate issues when needed.
- Supports the preparation and maintenance of job aids, reference materials, and standard documentation that improve consistency across liaison activities.
- Provides accurate information on routine processes, requirements, and next steps while referring more complex questions or exceptions to appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
- Preferred education in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two-year associate’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 2+ years of experience in pharmacy support, patient access, healthcare coordination, customer service, reimbursement support, or a related field required.
- Certification in pharmacy support, patient access, healthcare administration, customer service, or equivalent preferred.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday (8-hour shift).
- Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST based on needs.
Pay
$20.00/hr
