This role is based out of Rochester Hills close door Pharmacy department here at Henry Ford Health.

Responsibilities
- Prescription intake
- Insurance benefits investigation
- Prior authorization management
- Financial assistance support
- Refill adherence
- Delivery coordination
- Collaborate closely with patients, providers, and insurers to navigate the specialty medication process
- Ensure timely care and a positive patient experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. (Associates degree preferred)
- State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician License
- Minimum of two years of previous pharmacy technician experience
- Previous experience as a specialty pharmacy technician preferred
