Pharmacological Pain Management Physician

About the role
Join a team of esteemed physicians and providers in a busy outpatient practice. You will provide and manage direct pain management care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment. Build relationships with patients, develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in continuity of care. Communicate test results and follow-up care, and refer patients to specialists or primary care as needed.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy
- Completion of an accredited fellowship program in Pain Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
- Self-motivated with a willingness to work as a team to achieve common goals
