Pharmacist Specialist Ambulatory Oncology

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.
Minimum Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
- State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification as determined at position level.
- 5 years specialty experience OR PGY1 or clinical fellowship completion with 3 years' pertinent work experience OR Pertinent PGY2 completion.
Responsibilities
Establish a robust clinical pharmacy practice focusing on patient-centered care and supporting medication management, therapy optimization, and certain operational aspects of pharmacy care delivery in pertinent areas such as intravenous and oral anti-cancer therapies across oncology diagnoses, to include patient education, adherence, and adverse effect management.
Support other healthcare professional education initiatives.

Reports to System Clinical Manager, Oncology & Infusion Pharmacy Services.

$62.19 - $87.07 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
